SUDS  Episode – A brewery takeover from Carton Brewing Company, Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Very challenging flight to match up beer descriptions with what’s in the glass. These could be good NJ beers if you call it something else. A cookie, hot sauce, lap dances, and high school football players – what could go wrong? Sounds like very good recruits for Bama. That hazing process might have improved some of these beers. We taste and rate the following beer from 1-5:

13:52    Twin Outboard Whaler – DDH NEIIPA with Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops and double dry hopped with Strata hops 8.5% ABV SUDS-3

18:18    The Hook – Citra pale ale with Vic Secret hops 5.5% ABV  SUDS-4

29:21    Lights Out Tonight – NJ IPA brewed with Ella, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin hops 7% ABV SUDS-4

37:21    077xx – East Coast Double IPA 7.8% ABV  SUDS-2

43:58    SS Between 1 ½ NJ IPA from “Need A Bigger Boat” series with Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo and Trident hops 8.4% ABV  SUDS-3
