SUDS  Episode – A brewery takeover from Pontoon Brewing. A broad range of styles of beer from Pontoon. Dave issues a challenge to everyone to pick a beer and pair it with a part of the Happy Meal. Some very sound tips if you are visiting Stowe, VT. Heed the warning that schnitzel is raining in the sky?  Safety tip – please don’t take your pontoon boat down a ski slope. Tempting, but don’t do it. We taste and rate the following beer from 1-5:

7:30      We’re Gonna Need A Bigger Pontoon.  NEIPA with Azacca, El Dorado and dry-hopped with Citra.  8% ABV   SUDS-3

11:06    Crushing Waves. Berliner Weisse kettle-soured with lactobacillus with pineapple and tart cherries added in secondary fermentation.  6.3% ABV   SUDS-4

22:36    Czech Yo’Self.  Czech Pilsner 4.5% ABV   SUDS-3

29:25    Das Labyrinth.  Märzen with Munich, Vienna, and Caramel malt.  5.3% ABV   SUDS-4

33:56    Dem Bones.   Pilsner dry-hopped with Loral and German Tettnang hops   5.5% ABV  SUDS- 4

40:15    Interglactic Space Rave.  Berliner Weisse with apples, kiwi, white grapes, melon, vanilla, and lactose.  5.6% ABV  SUDS-4

44:49    The Four Essentials.  SUDS-5
